Departure from the funicular station in Chardonne, an old wine-growing village.
Cross the village and vineyards to reach the Montimbert wine estate. The estate’s winemaker will offer us a tasting of 4 wines accompanied by aperitifs.

Then it’s down to the village to visit the second winegrower, Domaine Neyroud Fonjallaz. A tasting of 4 wines accompanied by aperitifs.

Additional accompaniments are available for CHF 20 per person.

Difficulty: 2.8 km – 70m ascent + / 70m ascent –

14:00 – Chardonne cable car
14.30 – Arrival at Domaine Montimbert
15:30 – Descent to the village
16:00 – Arrival at Domaine Neyroud Fonjallaz
17:00 – End of tasting

PROPOSITION 2

I live in Chardonne and own a house with a beautiful garden, overlooking Lake Geneva and the Alps.I also do wine tastings at my home, having been manager and director of a wine bar in Vevey in 2019, I have good experience of Swiss wines in particular.

After a walk through the vineyards from the Beau Site funicular, I offer a tasting of wines selected from all over Switzerland. A tasting of 6 wines accompanied by aperitifs.

Difficulty: 1.1km – 100m gradient + / 10m gradient –

14:00 – Beau Site funicular
14.30 – Arrival in the village
15:30 – Tasting of Swiss wines
